Refund and Returns Policy

At SmokeOverlay.com, all our products are offered in digital download format. Refunds are applicable only to those who haven’t initiated the download of their purchase. Regrettably, once a digital product has been downloaded, it is not possible to return it, therefore refunds cannot be issued. This policy also extends to cases where customers face compatibility issues with the software required to utilize the purchased product.

You have 14 days to change your mind about this agreement if you haven’t downloaded the digital files yet. You don’t need to give a reason. The 14-day period starts when you or someone you choose (but not the delivery person) gets the goods. To cancel, just email us at info@smokeoverlay.com with your decision. You can use the withdrawal form provided, but you don’t have to.
